General Information

Where: 1018 Town Drive Wilder, Kentucky (10 minutes south of downtown Cincinnati, Ohio ) & Local Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky Turf Fields.

Venue: Headquarters-Town & Country Sports Complex www.towncountrysports.com

Hotel: Please note that all teams in need of hotel accommodations are required to stay in an approved hotel. The 2010 approved list is now available the hotel link - BOYS WEEKEND (HOTEL) OR GIRLS WEEKEND (HOTEL) for the complete list.

Team Selection: Teams are accepted based on record in league play and tournaments. ** KSA reserves the right the refuse acceptance based on limited field availability and level of play to make the KSA Adidas Turf Classic one of the most competitive tournaments in the region at every level.

Fees:   U8 = $300.00
            U9-U10 = $425.00
            U11-U12 = $475.00
            U13-U18 = $550.00

Payment: Payments can be made online using Visa or MC. Payment by check must be mailed to;

Format:
U8 will play 6v6 – roster size 10
U9 & U10 will play 6v6- roster size 12
U11 & U12 teams will play 8v8- roster size 14
U13 - U18 teams will play 11v11 roster size 18
-3 guest players can be eligible – (Rules & Regulations)

Eligibility: All teams must be in good standing in state associations.

USYSA and US Club are eligible.

Participation: All teams guaranteed 3 games; champion and finalist awards for U8-U18.

Tournament Check in: Friday 4-9pm, Saturday 7:30am-9:30am at Town & Country Sports Complex.
What you need for check in:

1.) Copy of roster (validated by your state) - We keep on file

2.) Guest player form (if a team has a guest players) - We keep on file
3.) Players/coaches cards (must match roster and guest player form) - You keep
4.) Travel permit (if traveling outside of KY or Ohio South) - We keep on file

5.) Medical Release forms (every player) - You keep
6.) Liability Form (signed by every parent on the team). We keep on file

Please note: Player cards, rosters, medical release forms must be available at every game.
