Hotel: Please note that all teams in need of hotel accommodations are required to stay in an approved hotel.  The 2009 approved list is now available, click HOTEL for the complete list.

Team Selection: Teams are accepted based on record in league play and tournaments. ** KSA reserves the right the refuse acceptance based on limited field   availability and level of play to make the Cincinnati Elite Spring Thaw one of the most competitive tournaments in the region at every level.

Fees:  U9-U10 = $375.00
            U11-U12 = $425.00
            U13-U15 = $500.00

 

Payment: Payments can be made online using Visa or MC.  Payment by check must be mailed to;

 

Format:   
U9 & U10 will play 6v6- roster size 14
U11 & U12 teams will play 8v8- roster size 18
U13 - U15 teams will play 11v11 roster size 18
-3 guest players can be eligible – (Rules & Regulations)

 

Eligibility: All teams must be in good standing in state associations.

USYSA and US Club are eligible.

 

Participation: All teams guaranteed 3 games; champion and finalist trophies for U9-U15.
