KSA FEES COVER:
Your KSA fees are based on a full “Soccer Year” U8-U14 (July-June), U15-U18 (Nov-June). Fees cover your paid coach (Elite) and trainer (Elite & Premier), league fees for Cincinnati United Soccer League (CUSL), coaching equipment, summer camp (U8-U14), winter training (Elite & Premier) and all administrative expenses incurred. Elite Program fees also included game and training fields (Town & Country and/or Amelia Soccer Complex) / Premier Program fees also included training fields (Town & Country and/or Amelia Sports Complex) / Select Program fees do not included game and/or training fields.
In order to provide the very best for our players, we have created three (3) levels of commitment and a tiered fee structure to coincide. All players are expected to attend summer camp and winter training, dates for both can be found on the KSA website.
*Teams playing outside of CUSL are responsible for all league fees.

Team travel/tournament fees, league fees outside of CUSL, referee fees, uniforms, equipment cost and travel expenses for coaching staff are not included in the fess listed above.

All Club fee checks should be payable to Kings Soccer Academy and should include;
· Child’s Name
· Team / Age Group
· Coach
For families with credits from previous season(s), please note we will update all accounts once teams are finalized and your deposit is paid. Your new account balance will be updated and emailed to you prior to the final payment deadline.
*A Deposit is required to hold a player’s position and must be paid on-line prior to each season as noted on the chart above. Failure to pay this deposit will result in the position being offered to another player. ALL FEES are NON-REFUNDABLE once paid. Exception would be in the event a medical condition affects more than half of the season. You will need to submit a doctor’s letter to the General Manager for this consideration.
Fees that are NOT paid in full by the due dates;
· Player will not be rostered on the team
· If already rostered, will have their player card pulled
· Player will not be permitted to train with any club team
· U15 & Up players will not be permitted to begin training or playing with any team until all fees are paid in full
