Kroger Credits
Neighborhood Rewards Program Gift Card

KROGER CREDITS FAQ

Kroger donates money to KSA when you use your Neighborhood Rewards Program Gift Card to purchase groceries. Each Gift Card is registered as a KSA card. As money is reloaded onto the card, KSA receives a credit of 4% of the amount reloaded and KSA applies 3% toward player fees. So for this fundraiser to work, all you have to do is remember to reload your card, and pay for your groceries or gas at Kroger using the card. There are no additional costs or hidden fees. The more you shop, the more you earn toward your KSA player fees.

How does it work?
Purchase your Gift Card from the front desk at T&C for $1. Be sure to write you name next to the card number on the sheet they have for tracking purposes. The card is preloaded with $1, so there is no cost to participate. When you shop at Kroger, before paying for your purchases, reload your Kroger Neighborhood Rewards Program Gift Card for any amount up to $250. Then pay for your purchase using the Gift Card. KSA will receive credit only on cards issued to KSA. KSA applies 3% toward your player’s fees on a quarterly basis. Credit will continue accumulating as long as you use your card.  IN NO EVENT WILL KSA ISSUE A CHECK FOR KROGER CREDITS.  KROGER CREDITS WILL ONLY APPLY TO KSA FEES, IN THE EVENT FEES ARE PAID IN FULL THE CREDITS WILL REMAIN WITH KSA. DO NOT PURCHASE THE GIFT CARD AT KROGERS - KSA WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT.

How do I reload the Gift Card?
Your Gift Card can be reloaded at the cash register prior to any of your purchases being scanned. This must be done in a separate transaction. Your Gift Card may also be reloaded at the customer service desk or participating fuel centers. The card can be reloaded for ANY amount, and you can pay for the reloaded card with cash, check or major credit card.
If your card reaches a zero balance, DO NOT throw it away. Purchases cannot be credited to your soccer fees unless they are made using an official Reward Program Gift Card (the regular gift cards for sale at Kroger do not count)

What can be purchased with Gift Card?
You can purchase any merchandise in a Kroger store with the exception of services. Services include: Money Orders, Western Union, Lottery Tickets, Stamps, and Ticket Master.

Where can I use my Gift Card?

Can I still use my Kroger Plus Card when using my Kroger Gift Card?
        Yes.

How do I find out the balance on my Gift Card?
The balance on your card will show at the bottom of your receipt. You may also obtain your balance at the customer service desk or cash register, by calling 866-822-6252 (located on the back of the card) or at www.gcbalance.com.

Kroger has a four-week cycle. KSA receives a new statement a month after the cycle is over. For example we received the June statement dated 5-18 to 6-14 on July 15, 2008. There are timing differences between when you load your card and when I get the report, but credit will continue to accumulate.
